New Patent Approval, PD-LD Protects "Dicing" Technology for RGB Lasers
Pennington, NJ (PRWEB) December 6, 2007 -- The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office recently granted PD-LD, Inc., the worldwide leader in Volume Bragg Grating® (VBG®) technology, a patent that extends the firm's growing portfolio of VBG products and services.
U.S. Patent No. 7,125,632 protects a method of mass producing VBG elements based on separating (or "dicing") a VBG wafer into smaller identical elements with the same properties as the starting wafer.
